She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Hamilton Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Helen Hamilton of West Bend; her sons, Joshua Patrick of Madison and Kory James of Port Washington; her siblings, Dawn Hamilton of West Bend, Ted Hamilton of Belgium, Tim Hamilton of Hudson, FL and Todd Hamilton of Fredonia; and her nieces, Alexa, Alivia and Lacee. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
