She is survived by: her husband Vern; her children, David Falk, Greg Falk and Shawn Millard (Tina); her grandchildren, Jennifer Doherty (Scott), Jacob Kutz (Hallie), Branden Falk (Brittany), Kyle Falk (Katie), Emma Brue (Matt), Dylan Falk (Markie), Sidney, Stella, Hank and Howard Millard; her brother Kenton Tomlinson (Toni); and her former husband Thomas Falk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Community United Methodist Church (402 S Main St, Poynette, WI 53955). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
