She was predeceased by: her parents, Niceforo Garcia and Juanita Garcia (Hernandez); her brother Juan Garcia; her husband Frankie J. Woodard; her sisters-in-law, Francis Markwardt, Sharon Woznierka, Gerrie Blunkell and Myrtle Woodard; and her nephew Carlos Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Gorsuch (Matt) and Christopher M. Woodard; her sister Carlota G. Rodriguez; her grandson Ryan M. Gorsuch (Leah); her great grandchildren, Riley and Flynn Gorsuch; her nieces and nephews, Patti Rodriguez, Heather Johnson-Rodriguez, Rey Rodriguez, Jr. and Jaime Rodriguez (Stephanie); her siblings-in-law, Ronald Woodard (Diane), Helen Puckett, Bettie Conrad, Donna White and Judy Lantis; and her nephews, Ronald Woodard, Jr., Daniel Woodard (Teeia), David Woodard (Amanda), Steven Woodard and Daniel Babcock. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; one great-nephew; other dear relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Portage United Methodist Church (1804 New Pinery Rd, Portage, WI 53901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
