He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Patrick Crawford and Helen Harriet Crawford (Schnabel); his half-siblings, Daniel Crawford and Donna Metcalf; and his brother Larry Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Crawford (Firehammer); his children, Dr. Karin Crawford, Dr. Heather Crawford (Glenn Naftchi) and Jonathan Crawford (Tasha); his grandchildren, Amelia Everett, Jakobi Crawford and Darla Crawford; his sister Debra Lee (Don); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Crawford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
