We announce the death of Jerome A. Huber (Portage, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 85. Jerome will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Huber and Linda Huber (Podoll); his son Jeffrey; his in-laws, George and Florentina Maier; and his brother Bernard "Butch" Huber.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his sons, Jerry A. Huber, Jr. (Colleen), Joe Huber (Kristy), Jim Huber and Jacob H. Huber (Sonia); his grandchildren, Stephanie McNamara (Nate), Cassandra Mohr (Aaron), Jeffrey Huber (Sara), Joshua Huber (Emma), Jordan Huber (Heidi), Hailey Huber and Gracelynn Hoel; and his siblings, Veronica Kamrath (late Dennis) and Dean Huber (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and great friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church (N565 County Rd A, Briggsville, WI 53920).
Donations may be made to the family for future memorials in his honor.
