He was predeceased by : his parents, Rollie Rowin and Ethel Rowin. He is survived by : his wife Sandra; and his children, Schana Kindvall (Johnny) of Evansville, Troy Rowin of Stoughton, Bobbie Sue Bailey (Tim) of Edgerton, Laura Brown of Edgerton, Ben Rowin (Pamela) of Brodhead and Bill Rowin (Kayla) of Janesville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; One special little girl.
