We bid farewell to Kim P. Schmidtke (Portage, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 29, 2025 at the age of 70. Kim touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Schmidtke and Norma Schmidtke (Bolgrin); and his sister Dawn Leathers (Mike). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Schilling; his children, Jeremy Schilling (Pam), Aaron Schmidtke (Lucinda Stascak), Josh Lauver (Marie) and Torry Fredrick (Todd); his brothers, Kip Schmidtke (Connie) and Kevin Schmidtke; his grandchildren, Marcus, Mason, Chase, Eve, Olivia, Alexandra, Everett and Kaitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Walter and Delilah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
