He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hein and Mary Hein (Hanny); and his wife Arlene Helwig. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Higgins (Paul Amaral), Jim Hein (Kristen Braithwaite) and Kristine Grossback (Patrick); his grandchildren, Patrick Higgins, Ryan and Sarah Grossback; his close friend Jan Radish; and his siblings, Mary Stevens (Roger), Shirley Bosbeck and Len Hein (Rose). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and friends.
