He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Sakowicz and Victoria M. Sakowicz; his siblings-in-law, Walter and Kaetchen Aulich; his sister Barbara Sanchez; his son-in-law Troy Hruska; and his friend Ray Mazurek.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Pam and Eddie; his pet Midnight; his wife Dietlind (Dee); his daughter Pamela Hruska; his grandchildren, Kaetchen, Robert, Heather and Nicholas; his son Edward W. Sakowicz (Noelle); his grandchildren, Edward D., Gracie and Oliver; his brother-in-law John Sanchez; and his nieces and nephews, Beckie (Will) and Danny (Erin). He is also survived by children, and Vickie, along with many cousins.
