Shirley Jean Swenty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Swenty of Pound, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 9, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Leisner and Lydia Leisner (Kopatz); her husband Wilbert Swenty; and her siblings, Walter, Raymond "Bobby", Paul Jr., Donald, Dorothy, Helen Hanson and Loraine Pusick.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Swenty (Amy) of Pound, Dale Swenty (Connie) of Coleman and Debbie Loughrin (Terry) of Oshkosh; her sister June Brault; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Kanz, Patsy Swenty and Russell McDonald. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Section Eight Baptist Church (W10088 W 20th Rd, Pound, WI 54161). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
