He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Packard and Virginia Packard (Harland); his former wife Judy Packard; and his stepdaughter Krista Weiss Tretick. He is survived by: his wife Linda Christianson Packard; his children, Mark (Emily Hefko) and Charissa Love; his stepson Aaron Christianson (Galina); his grandchildren, David, Gabriel, Daniel, Matthew Love, Katya, Kasenia, Aleksey Tretick, Stormy Aletha (Jackson) and Juniper Hefko; his great grandchild Kestrel; and his siblings, Linda Koch (Jim) and George Packard (Elise). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Living Hope Church (S3963 County Hwy BD, Baraboo, WI 53913). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Welsh Cemetery (N6151 County Rd W, Portage, WI 53901).
