He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Daniel and Jean Vivian Mack (Wichman); his son Randall Larry Mack; his brother Larry W Mack; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Gale Mack, Carol C Klenke, Sharon Rudy, Connie Rudy and Lynn Rudy.

He is survived by: his wife Karen (Rudy) of Poynette, WI; his children, Regan (Wendi Mekins) of Gaithersburg, MD and Regina Kurth (Gregory) of Geneva, IL; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathaniel, Holden Mack, Anastasia Kurth and Simon Foster; his brother David Mack; and his brother-in-law Lyle Rudy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Community Congregational Church, 100 E Shannon St.
