He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marcellus, Mary Smith, Elmer and Meta Miller; his aunts, Ruth and Carol Smith; and his uncle Harold Wells.
He is survived by: his parents, John Marcellus and Judith Ann Smith (Miller); his siblings, Christopher Smith (Dawn) and Cathe Smith-Kupari (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Mirielle Smith, Jamison Smith and Marc Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whispering Pines Event Center (101 Bethel Dr, Poynette, WI 53955).
