It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Forst of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Fleming and Mildred Fleming (Gagnon); her husband Roger Forst; her siblings, Joanne Fleming, Madeline Martin and Vinal Fleming; and her sister-in-law Shirley Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Christi Bowar (Tom), Keith Forst (Julie), Cynthia Wollin (James) and Roger Forst (Connie); her brothers, Darrell (Lydia) and Carroll Fleming (Bertha); her grandchildren, Michael and Thomas Wollin (Charla); and her stepgrandchildren, Daniel Wachter, Arielle Ross and Angelle Wachter. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home (704 S Ohio St, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of the Holy Family Parish (710 S Wacouta Ave, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Rivers and Bluff Animal Shelter in Prairie du Chien.
