He was predeceased by: his son Arnold Weeks; his parents, Arnold Weeks and Bertina Mikkelson; his stepfather Clifford Mikkelson; his parents-in-law, William and Augusta Wittmer; his sister Beverly Cram; and his siblings-in-law, Ramon Cram, Dennis Schulner and Carole Weeks.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Weeks; his children, Randy Weeks (Shelly) and Lori Irvine (Jeff); his grandchildren, Amber Elvert (Travis), Bill Weeks, Angelina Paquette (Joe) and Sean Irvine; his great grandchildren, Grady, Garrett and Graelyn Elvert; his siblings, Roger Weeks and Annette Guldenaar (Tony); and his sister-in-law Lily Shulner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations made in Frank's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Rivers and Bluffs Animal Shelter in Prairie du Chien.
