He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Diane Leake (Mike Kloss), Jackie Kluesner (Mike), Sharon Olszewski (John), Tom Leake (Shelly), Cathy Irvin (Bryan), Joanne McDuffey (Clint) and Bryan Lake; his grandchildren, Patrick, Nicholas, Benjamin, Chrysta Hadzalic (Damir), Tony, Samantha (Ryan), Renae Nelson (John), Anthony, Austin, Anna, Kaitie Winters (John), Aubree and Maxxten; and his great grandchildren, Carla, Alyssa, Karson, Jace and Baby Hadzalic. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
