He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Clarke and Blanche Clarke (Stuben). He is survived by: his wife Donna Sheets; his children, Robert Beisner, Mathew Clarke (Cindy) and Ashley Rhorer (Mike); and his brothers, Gordon and Mel Clarke. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and a niece.
