He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Check and Amelia Check (Slama); and his brothers, Arnold Check and Joseph Check. He is survived by: his family Chien; his wife Jeannette Muchia; and his children, Rodney Check (Marlene), Sharon Paulus (Dennis), Greg Check and Laurie Wall (Carl). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
