He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Vance and Catherine Vance (Weber); his sister Virginia Kunkle; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Powell and John Kunkle.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Teynor of Gabriel's Catholic Church; his children, Todd (Becky), Travis Vance (Shannon) and Tammy Harnois (Mark); his stepchildren, Emily Check (Cory), Audrey Levknecht (Brian) and Tim Riley (Alyssa); and his sister Mary Powell. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
