He is survived by: his wife Liz Amy (Elizabeth Peterson); his daughter-in-law Eileen Amy (Holder); his granddaughter Rachel Amy; and his sister-in-law Jane Stensgaard (Don Swenson). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in memory of Don.
