She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Hoffman and Roxane Obermueller-Carroll; her siblings, Jason Hoffman, Abby Hoffman (Jim Snidarich), Lisa Wailor (Matt) and Laura Peterson (Jake); her niece Brittany Hoffman; her grandparents, Darl, Doris Hoffman, James and June Obermueller; and her aunt Sue Johnson. She was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and caregivers.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Old Ptacek's Event Center (1449 Orrin Rd, Prescott, WI 54021).
