She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Adrian Brown and Mabel Brown; her husband Gary "Duke" Herbst; her granddaughter Madison; her son Corey Cihlar; her siblings, Henry Brown, Rick (Kelly Brown), Dorothy Nelson, Irene Zweck, Kathy Juedes, Betty (Roy Carpenter), Edna Brown and Ruth Macintos; and her friends, Karen Johnson and Laurie Bluhm. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
