He is survived by: his wife Shirley Otto; his children, Cindy Gohlke, Brenda Sosinsky (Tim), Steve Otto (Liz) and Tom Otto; and his siblings, Arlon Otto (Glenda) and LaVerne Dean (Gary). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
