He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Mills and Carol Mills (Pratt); and his children, Steven Mills and Heidi Mills. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mills of Princeton, WI; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Mills, Evin and Erick Korolenko.
