She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Otto and Hulda Otto (Hardt); her brother Donald Otto; her grandson Nathan Lozon; and her daughter-in-law Jodi Haselwood.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Prince (Curtis), David Haselwood, Michael Haselwood (Nancy) and Russell Haselwood (Brenda); her siblings, Sue Weckwerth (Richard) and Ralph Otto; and her close friends, Dee Redmer, Karan Soda and Suzie Seehaver. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home (303 Harvard St, Princeton, WI 54968).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sylvia's memory to the Gentiva Hospice Foundation. Contributions may be made online through the Gentiva Hospice Foundation Memorial Gift Program.
