She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Ophelia and Bennie Everhart; her daughter Tina Cherney-Herlache; and her siblings, Mary Everhart, Louise Thurman and Bennie, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Clayton Cherney; and her children, Zina Maki (Don), Ron Cherney (Denise) and Gina Kolkowski (John). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
