He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Pagel and Clarice Pagel (Dahlke); his sister Amy; his parents-in-law, Art and Anita Thielke; and his brother-in-law Michael Thielke.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Thielke; his siblings, Norman Pagel (Liz), Cyndi Pagel, Patti Heimbuch (Paul) of Frisco, TX and Nancy Pagel (Amy Proctor); his brother-in-law Steve Thielke (Vicki Spieker); his nephew Adam Rindfleisch (Jenni); and his nieces, Lindsey Winn (Ryan), Amy Fish (Rob), Violet Thielke and Rose Thielke. He is also survived by wife, family and friends.
