He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Blazei and Katherine Blazei (Tylec); his siblings, Annabelle, Alvin, Dorothy, Daniel and Irene; and his half-brothers, Leo, Richie and Ray Wayland.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Blazei and Dennis Blazei; his grandchildren, Ryan and Morgan Blazei; his former wife Judy Bohmann-Blazei; and his brother Marty Blazei (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
