He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Folkman (Specht); his wife Kathryn Hovie; his parents-in-law, Gloria and Mel Hovie; and his siblings, Elaine Buchholz (Ruben), Arly Buntrock (Bob), Bev Anderson (John) and Dewey Folkman (Shirley).
He is survived by: his children, Matt Folkman (Jenny) of Britton, SD, Tarra Gallagher (Mike), Green Bay, Eric Folkman (Joanna) and Ryan Folkman (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Nathan, Jacob, Grace, Mark, Zachary, Delaney, Cassidy, Asher, Joshua, Logan and Brielle; his brother Bill Folkman (Florence); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Mueller (Joe Oskey) and Pam Landwerlen (Cliff) of Jamestown, IN. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
