Zajac (Berna); his parents-in-law, Mike and Anna Berna; and his siblings-in-law, John Berna, Irene Thompson (Ray), Gerard Berna (Marilyn), Grace Berna, Jack Wildt and Ken Baugnet.

He is survived by: his children, Neil Zajac (Jeanne), Terry Zajac (Linda), Kelly Zajac (Sheila Farrell) and Neva Paque (Steve); his grandson Zachery Zajac (Karoll Gamarra); his great grandchildren, Kasey Mae Zajac, Alaina, Jay LaBrie, Kaylee, Caleb Zajac and Alice Zajac-Elsbecker; his brother Michael Nitti (Mickey); his sisters-in-law, Esther Baugnet, Green Bay and Mildred Wildt; his friends, Ron Banaszynski, Lon, Carol Bartelt, Dave, Carol Dittmer, Ron Melchert, Lynn Zajac, Julie Adamski and Colleen Walgurski; his uncle Cyril; his aunt Jackie Krajewski; and also Dana Schwartz. He is also survived by his family and friends.
