It is with sadness that the passing of Judy Smith of Pulaski, Wisconsin is shared. Judy, born on February 10, 1939, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Judy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Judy by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Judy is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Judy’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Szczepanski and Helen Szczepanski (Slusarek); her husbands, Tony Slezewski and Bill Smith; and her brothers, Daniel and Richard Szcezpanski.
She is survived by: her son Jed Slezewski (Renee); her grandson Mason Slezewski; and her friend Leon Hussin. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Pavilion (651 S St Augustine St, Pulaski, WI 54162).
