She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holewinski and Lucille Holewinski (Januchowski); her daughter Michelle Smith; her parents-in-law, Michael and Irene Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Mastey and Carol Holewinski.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Smith; her daughter Renee Fleming (Terry); her grandsons, Dylan Fleming (Courtney) and Michael Fleming (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Brayden and Grayson; and her siblings, Rose Marie Mastey, Donald Holewinski, Diane Paulick (Robert), Ken Holewinski (Diane) and Gary Holewinski (Connie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
