He is survived by: his parents, John Rotter and Dolores Rotter (Nuccio); his children, Veronica Nelson, Thomas Rotter, Jr. (Paula Peterson) and Tim Rotter (Kim); his grandchildren, Lucas and Kaitlyn; his siblings, John Rotter (Chris), Robert "Bob" Rotter and Marianne Rotter; and his former wife Cerene Rotter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
