He is survived by: his father Michael Zablocki; his fiancé Abbey Gruszynski; his children, Michael (Marci Zablocki) and Hofa Park; his brothers, Joshua Zablocki (Emily) and Luke Zablocki (Danielle); his niece Stevie Zablocki; his grandparents, Dennis and Ginny Zablocki; his aunts and uncles, Wenda Steeno, Green Bay, Scott Zablocki (Deb) and Chris McAbee (Roger); his cousins, Aaron, Ryan, Holly, Jessie, Julia and Sadie; his grandparents, Loren and Kathy Olson; and his great-grandparents, Shinmers, Gritts and Zablockis. He is also survived by several great aunts, uncles and other relatives.
