It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Lee Lowney (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Wickman and Dorothy Wickman; her husband Robert James Lowney; and her cousin Delores Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Lori Ann Carroll (Dave) of Kenosha, Vicki Lowney of Racine and Kevin Lowney (Jessi) of Racine; and her grandchildren, Adam Childers of Kenosha, Brandon Childers of Racine, Nora Lowney of Racine and Olivia Lowney of Racine.
