She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cimbalnik (Amy), Aaron Cimbalnik (Amanda), Christopher Cimbalnik (Erin), Kurt Cimbalnik (Carrie) and Katy Cimbalnik (James Nicholson); her grandchildren, Tanner (Kaitlyn), Madison, Jada, Ella, Quinn, Charlie, Hailey, Porter, Lakelee Cimbalnik, Connor, Lucas and Rhyan Nicholson; and her siblings, Steven "Corky" Tadey, Kathy Ullian (Jim) and Chrissy Forsythe (Dan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
