He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Kerns and Muriel Kerns. He is survived by: his children, Muriel Kerns (Ryan Richards) and Benjamin Kerns; his grandchildren, Madeline Archibald, Noah Richards and Norah Richards; his brother Henry Kerns (Brooke); and his nephews, Will and David Kerns.
