He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Rae and Thomas L. Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Mathew and Nathan Miller; his sister Heidi McLean (Timothy); his nephew Dustin Poth (Elizabeth); his niece Brittney Gitlewski (Mark); and his daughter Heidi McLean. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
