He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Madore and Judy Gillet; and his stepfather Dan Gillet. He is survived by: his wife Deb Madore; his brother Troy Madore (Shawn); his mother-in-law Patricia Horn; and his friend Dean Longo.
