He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Evanzo and Vivian Evanzo; his brother Phil Evanzo; and his brother-in-law Don Homrich. He is survived by: his siblings, Barb Urbanski (Don), Darlene Homrich, Brenda Stroven (Brian), Kim Evanzo (Cathy) and Gary Evanzo (Beth); his sister-in-law Tina Evanzo; and his pastor Keith Hover (Rachel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Contributions in memory of Bruce may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice or American Cancer Society.
