He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnson Hipp; his children, Alex Robert Hipp (Hannah Asiyanbi) and Erica Katherine Hipp (Tim Regan); and his siblings, Mildred Blackwell (Pat), Charles, Jr. Hipp (Charlie) and Mary Marquis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving cousins.
