He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Holtz and Carl Holtz; his sisters, Alice, Gladys, Dorothy and Marion; and his son Tim Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Holtz; his children, Brian Holtz, Michaela Koenig, Catherine Holtz of Oconomowoc, WI, Debbie Holmquist (David) of Janesville, WI and Dawn Leibly (Bill) of Salem, WI; his grandchildren, Abigail, Katelyn, Ben Holmquist, Stephanie, Jennifer Holtz, Alexander, Sophia Koenig, Becky Vis (Tony), John Heath (Chelseah), Brad Leibly (Jessica) and Vicky Hopkins (Ken); his great grandchildren, Mason, Carter and Levi Heath; his grandchildren, Tucker, Miles, Emery Vis, Ava and Sofia Leibly; and his children, Tyler, Noah (Sara), Sydney, Allie, Ian and Lucas. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
