He was predeceased by: his father Theodore. He is survived by: his mother Janet; his sons, Zachary of McHenry, IL and Caleb of Racine; his brothers, Kevin (Audra) of Madison and Craig (Michelle) of Madison; his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Allison, Lauren, Bridget and Joseph; and his former wife Patty Toth Tabbert. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
