He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Johnnie Harris-Miles (Leroy) of Dumfries, VA; his wife Dorothy; his parents, James Scaife and Annie Scaife; his parents-in-law, John and Willie Mae Harris; his sons, Danny and Elmar; his great grandchild Antwaun Jr.; his daughter-in-law Patricia A; his siblings, James, Harvest, Aldred, Early-Mae, Gladys, Helen, Vivian and Esterlene; and his siblings-in-law, Elmo, Walter Lee, Theola, Lenwood, Mitchell, Catherine, Cordelia and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Cleveland Scaife Jr. (Ethel) of Racine, William Scaife (Brenda) of Racine, Curtis Scaife of Racine, Andre Scaife of Racine and Eva Riley (Chianti) of Racine; his goddaughter Tameka Hiler (Shawon) of Racine, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Marshall Harris of Mobile, AL, Ruby Scaife of Racine, WI and Bertha Harris of Riverside, CA. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 27 great-great grandchildren.
