He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Garcia; his children, Vanessa Mullins of Racine, WI, Clifford Mullins Jr. of Milwaukee, WI, Johnathan Mullins of San Diego, CA, Gerald Mullins (Sunny) of Lakewood, WA and Justin Mullins of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Eddie Jr. of Racine, WI, Isaiah of Racine, WI, Keegan of Racine, WI, Kenny of Racine, WI, Noah of Racine, WI, Londyn of San Diego, CA and Anastasia of Lakewood, WA; his sisters, Betty Marshall of Racine, WI and Linda Mullins of Racine, WI; his aunt Regina Avant of Racine, WI; his uncles, Timothy Marshall of Racine, WI and Patterson Marshall of Racine, WI; his close friend Bernard Price; his nieces, Ranisha Mullins Ward and Edwina Mullins; and his nephew Ed Mullins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
