He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Jensen and Deanna Jensen; and his sister Kristy Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Perkins; his children, Mike Hoecherl (Timberly), David Kuhagen Sr. (Amber) and Thomas Kuhagen; and his siblings, Dawn Jurkiewicz, Kay Jensen and Daryl Jensen. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
