He is survived by: his children, Nadene Foti (James) of Franklin, Maureen Ellis (Eric) of Racine, Andrew Rouse (Lita) of Racine, Aaron Rhoads (Tania), Adam Rouse of Orlando, FL, Bart Rouse (Anna) of Wimauma, FL, Darrel Rouse Jr. (Michelle) of Mount Pleasant, Casey Rouse (Kimberly) of Racine, Thomas Rouse (Michelle) of Mount Pleasant and Tristan Rouse of Sturtevant; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Tara, Sarah, Samantha, Rebecca, Benjamin, Jordan, Epiphany, Adeline, Amanda, Adam Jr., Brandon, Collin, Breann, Jacob, Lily of Alexandria, CJ, Emily, Kyah, Isaac, Kaity, Thomas Jr., Jacqueline, Jayda, James, Damion, Tristan Jr., Tyler and Hunter; and his sisters, Eleanor Frawley and Audrey Rohan (Phil). He is also survived by 15 great- grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Saint Edward Catholic Church (1425 Grove Ave, Racine, WI 53405).
