He is survived by: his parents, Mehidardo Evangelista and Elvira Evangelista; his siblings, Jorge Evangelista and Yazmin Evangelista; and his siblings' children, Jeremiah "Jay" Hopkins-Evangelista, Liliana "Lili" Evangelista, Lenox "Knox" Evangelista, Luciana "Luci" Evangelista, Mariah "Yaya" Vargas, Aubrey "Brey" Vargas and Eliana "Eli" Rodriguez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
