He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Leona Phillips (Alders); his daughter Jane; and his brother Dick (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Welty; his sons, Steven (Julie) and Scott (Kristine); his grandchildren, Eric, Andrew, Nicholas (Ashley), Michael (Brittany) and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Anna and Gabriel; and his brother Gene (Sonia). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
