She is survived by: her children, Brent Jacquart (Mary) of Palm Coast, FL and Nicole Horton (Matt) of DeForest, WI; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Alexis, Sarah, Adam and Owen; her great grandchild Baron; and her sister Lane Hansen (John) of Union Grove, WI. She is also survived by her many extended family members and friends.
